 is a one of a kind, 6 bedroom, 5 bath vacation home and special event rental in the heart of Garfield Bay on Lake Pend Oreille, that’s known for its extra large capacity, fabulous location, and wonderful amenities only minutes from Sandpoint Idaho.
Our cozy cottage style rooms consist of 2 lake view master suites, and 4 other bedrooms for a total sleep capacity of 20 people! And with 5 bathrooms, you shouldn’t have to wait your turn. The house has a main laundry room which offers a washer, dryer, utility sink, and pantry area, as well as an extra refrigerator.
Our exquisite kitchen is fully equipped for all your cooking & entertaining needs. The kitchen separates two large living rooms with its perimeter of open bar seating. One of the living areas offers a foos-ball table & satellite television, while the other offers a place to put your feet up and enjoy the beautiful views of Lake Pend Orielle and the Green Monarch Mountains, while sitting by the cozy gas fireplace.
The main floor is spacious and offers a lot of room to eat, entertain and relax. Or you can enjoy the outdoors by barbequing on the large deck or sit by the fire pit and roast marshmallows in the evenings. To the left of the deck and front yard we offer a larger yard great for outdoor games, small outdoor events (ie: weddings), tent/rv sites, extra parking and much more.

By The Bay II Vacation Rental and Special Event Rental
By the Bay II- A Romantic Get Away! is a gorgeous new home directly on the water. It boasts a wake protected harbor where you can park your boats and other water craft. The upstairs Master Bedroom has a beautiful walk in shower, back to back His and Hers vanities and a refrigerator. You can have coffee in bed or out on the private deck and gaze out at beautiful Lake Pend Oreille. The main floor has a full kitchen comlete with granite countertops and a walk out deck overlooking the lake and harbor.
Downstairs is a full bath with tub/shower surrounded with travertine. It also has a full kitchen, living area and a queen size Murphy Bed. You can walk directly out the door , get in your boat and take off for a day of fun! Rent this home with the Big By the Bay house directly behind and have the best of both worlds for you large family function. The rental of By the Bay II allow use of the beach in front of the house.
